What does a contract review attorney do?
A contract review attorney evaluates an agreement before it is signed or renegotiated, identifies legal and commercial risk, explains important provisions, and recommends changes based on the client’s objectives. Review may also include redlining, drafting alternative language, and negotiation strategy.

AI tools can produce contract language quickly, but they may miss applicable law, business context, negotiating leverage, and the practical consequences of a clause. Evermere provides attorney-led review and guidance tailored to the decision your business is actually making. Technology can assist with the work. Professional judgment and accountability remain with the attorney.
