How information is handled when you visit this website or request a consultation.
Last updated September 17, 2026
Information you choose to provide
Evermere may receive information that you choose to provide by email or through the consultation request form, including contact details, organization, general matter category, names used for an initial conflict review, and a brief description. Do not submit confidential, privileged, time-sensitive, or highly sensitive information. The website does not accept document uploads.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, conduct appropriate intake and conflict procedures, evaluate whether Evermere can consider a matter, arrange a consultation, provide requested services after an engagement is established, maintain business records, and comply with legal or professional obligations.
Consultation intake
The website validates your form and uses Resend to email the completed request to Evermere’s intake mailbox. The website does not save your intake in an application database or generate a document. Information you enter remains in the open form if submission fails so you can retry.
Website technical information
Short-lived counters and keyed hashes of email addresses and network addresses help limit repeated form submissions. Detailed intake information is not written to application logs. Hosting providers may also process technical information, such as network addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand website usage and improve the site. As applicable, analytics may collect device and browser information, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral source, and information about interactions with the website.
Email communications
Resend processes the form details to send a notification to Evermere’s intake mailbox and a separate acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Evermere’s notification includes your contact details, selected service, involved parties, brief description, and acknowledgments. Your confirmation email does not repeat the matter details.
Disclosure and retention
Consultation information is processed by Evermere’s hosting provider, Resend, and Evermere’s email provider to receive and respond to your request. Email providers process and retain messages as part of delivery and mailbox services. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or professional obligations or to protect rights or security. For questions about retention or to request deletion of inquiry information, contact Evermere at the email address below.
